For Field Trials, follow the Field Trials link from our Home Page.

The events list for 2008 only lists the working tests and other events open to all.
This year the training classes are for limited numbers and by subscription.

Gundog Eye Test Clinic.

Once again, our Eye Testing Clinic was popular and John Goodyear (BVM&S CertVOphthal MRCVS) examined 33 dogs for our members.

JCB Lakeside Club

From the A50 at Uttoxeter join the B5030 and follow the signs for Alton Towers. As you aproach the JCB factory, turn left for Hollington. The JCB club entrance is on the Left.

Ednaston

In Brailsford on the A52 between Derby and Ashbourne, turn into Luke Lane for Mercaston and Hulland then take the first Left to Bradley. Follow club signs from here.

Doveridge Village Club

Doveridge lies just East of Uttoxeter off the A50. Travelling from Uttoxeter, leave A50 at Doveridge turn. At T junction turn Right. At mini roundabout go straight over onto Sand Lane. Venue is on the left after 1500 yards. The first premesis is the village hall, the next is Doverage Village Club.
Travelling from Derby, leave A50 at A515 Ashbourne turn then follow local signs to Doveridge. In Doveridge village, turn left at mini roundabout onto Sand Lane, the venue is on the left after 150 yards.. The first premesis is the village hall, the next is Doveridge Village Club.

Walon Hay Farm

From Matlock on A632 towards Chesterfield. Turn left onto B5057 for Darley Dale. After Red Lion pub, turn right. Follow club signs through golf course.

Do not park on grass verges and do not exceed the speed limit.

From Tutbury on A511 towards Burton. After 1 mile, turn right opposite the sign for Beef, Pork & Lamb and follow club signs.

Chatsworth House

Meet in the main car park at Chatsworth House at 8:45am.
We move off in convoy to the venue at 9:15 prompt.

Mercaston

In Brailsford on the A52 between Derby and Ashbourne, turn into Luke Lane for Mercaston and Hulland. Follow this road for 1.8 miles, the venue is on the right.

Acton Trussel

From M6 junction 13, drive towards Stafford.
At roundabout turn right for Acton Trussel. Follow club signs

From Stafford on the A34 Cannock road, turn for Penkridge at Brockton cross-roads follow club signs

Note that this is not the same venue as used in previous years
