The Maer Shoot, which very generously stepped in at the last minute to host our Novice Cocker Trial, proved to be a fabulous ground for trialling. Unfortunately, in the words of our Judges, Simon Tyers and John Duke, the standard of dog did not match the ground and only two awards were made. Second place and Gun's Choice awarded to Sparginn Beechnut, handled by Mr P. Booth. Best Hunting Spaniel was awarded to Everton Danny, handled by Mr T. Skelly. Click HERE for photo slide show. |
